My parents came to this valley in 1964. I was later born and raised here and wouldn’t trade it for anything. After getting married, I left the area for 9 years. My husband Rob and I have 3 daughters and 1 son. As the girls started school, we felt that the way of life this community provides would be the best for our children. It was then that we decided to return.
After
all
of my
children
were
all
in
school,
I
spent
6
years
in
law
enforcement.
I
was
elected
as
Custer
County
Search
and
Rescue
Commander
for
5
consecutive
years.
In
2003
I
decided
to
join
Lynda
Hoggan
of
Cabin
Creek
realty
in
the
real
estate
profession.
I
have
known
Lynda
all
my
life
and
have
watched
her
build
a
very
successful
business.
After
working
with
Lynda
as
my
broker
for
2 ½ years,
the
decision
was
made
that
I
would
buy
Cabin
Creek
Realty
and
it
would
become
A
DREAM
AWAY
